Directions for Use

USE ONLY AS DIRECTED

1. Soil drench and root injection rates are given according to the trunk diameter at breast height (DBH) which is 4.5 ft. above the ground (trunk width). In order to find DBH, wrap a measuring tape around the trunk of the tree at 4.5 ft. above the ground and divide the total inches by 3.14.
   • Trees: Apply 7 to 9 fluid ounces of ArborVive in 1 gallon of water per inch of DBH (trunk width).
   • Example: 3” DBH: 21-27 oz ArborVive in 3 gallons of water.
2. Shrubs/Small Trees: Apply 1 fluid ounce of ArborVive with ½ gallon of water per foot of plant height.
3. Ensure ArborVive is applied to the soil between the trunk and canopy drip line (over rooting area).
4. FOLIAR APPLICATIONS
   • Trees and Shrubs: add 3 fluid ounces of ArborVive to 5 gallons of water. Spray on trees and shrubs until wet.
   • Make applications in the cool of the morning or late afternoon.

Application

• ALWAYS FOLLOW LABEL RATES AND USE ONLY AS DIRECTED
• TREE APPLICATION FREQUENCY: Make a single application in the early spring and again in the early fall. For
• struggling trees and shrubs, make one additional application 30 days after the first spring application.
• FOLIAR APPLICATION FREQUENCY: Apply every 4 weeks.
• This product may be applied after Native Earth AeraVive to increase efficiency and uptake.
